First and foremost, a team partner at PERLE FAMILY OFFICE is "THE" confidant of a family and its members and we are committed to the long-term interests of the families/clients. We place particular emphasis on quality and personal service, even outside of normal office hours.

Therefore, a potential team partner must bring the following:

    A well-founded, practice-oriented general banking training / possibly a university of applied sciences training as a financial planning expert Around 10 years of experience in looking after HNWI and/or UHNWI families (Switzerland / Europe / Middle East) Languages: in addition to German and English, other foreign languages such as French and Italian are desirable Networked thinking and the ability to develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions Ability to work independently as your own boss (entrepreneurial thinking). We are not an EAM platform that takes over all the administration for the partners in return for a high percentage of the profits, even if part-time assistants and specialists are available.

Above all, he (or she) must be able to put the CLIENT or the FAMILY at the center, respond to the individual and build a lasting basis of trust.
